Comments: Solie, I'm going to miss you sooo much. You were the first horse I ever rode, the first horse I ever fell off of, the first horse I ever jumped on. I had so much fun riding you, especially in the feild at summer camp You taught me so much! In fact, the last time i ever rode you I learned (from the words of Heather) "the only predictable thing about a horse is they're unpredictable" (I fell off, no suprise there) Rest in peace, old man!

Comments: Solie, you were the first big guy I rode. Dumped me plenty of times, an old man set in his ways with no changing. The only guy I could always count on to say the right thing. Even when I was having the worst day possible, you would always make me smile. I know you will never be forgotten. The best teacher in the world. I LOVE YOU SOL MAN!

Comments: Dear Solie,
You were an amazing horse. You taught me so many things and you will never be forgotten. I will never forget your gentleness and big heart. You took very good care of everyone. I believe in horsey heaven and i bet you are running painfree in a big green pasture. Watch over us. I love you.
Comments: Solie was a teacher and a student. He taught me so much that I won't ever forget. He helped me thru so much that I was too scared to even try. Solie had such a big heart. He gave and received so much love. He lived a long and well lived life. Solie had a wonderful life that any other horse should be jealous of. Even though I only knew him a little longer than a year I will miss him so much, just because of how caring he was. I know animals don't go to Heaven but I have no doubt God allowed at least Solie to go.

Comments: Wow. Where do I start? I will miss the first "big horse" that my daughter got to ride. He gave so much confidence and instilled pride. I will remember fun times at Johnston Co. horse shows in the sweltering heat and freezing cold. And people wondering, "Is that horse was blind?" I will remember the feelings of pride I got watching my Heather and Solie compete at the state fair three years in a row. I will remember how you helped re-teach me after 20 or so years out of the saddle. I'll miss how you always chose to dump me in public, away from the barn; but never hurt me. I'll remember having to put ointment in your eyes and the face you would make after having to take your medicine before shows. I'll remember your calm and gentle demeanor. I'll remember you....

Comments: I'll miss you, big guy. I'll be forever grateful to you. You made getting back in the saddle after a couple of decades as smooth and pain-free as could be possible. Thank you for taking such good care of me and of Zoe. I love you.
